Hi all,
I have a small "022" master in my car and it needs to be sleeved and rebuilt, it should be the LARGE "022" for a '62.
I Topflighted my car at a chapter and regional a few years back, I drive it to shows and keep it nice, but I will probably never have the car judged again. I would however like the master to look like the original, the configuration is different on the jobber masters.
I am in Montreal Canada and shipping my small 022 to and from the US at this time for a sleeve/rebuild would be expensive and time consuming with the exchange and shipping costs etc., summer is short and I want to drive the car.
I could also ship my old small 022 to John Stuart brakes in Stony Creek ON, they will sleeve and rebuild for $300CDN, get the car back on the road in a couple of weeks.
Or, I can buy a new GM reproduction large 022 from Corvette Central, shipped to my door for $325 CDN taxes and shipping included, what do you guys think?
Many thanks,
Paul
