Mike - you might try Jim Guck at Elemer's in upstate NY. I know he found a pretty good amount of NOS expansion tanks some time ago. They are great to deal with. 585-729-6002

reggie, thanks for your lead. i will call jim monday. and dont get discouraged. you have a car that you can build "your way" and have fun with it when done. you can get anything you need for the car from the frame to the cigarette lighter. just a suggestion, start a scrap book on it and take tons of pic's. good luck. mike.

Scrap book is a great idea Mike.
Let me know if you need anything else and I will ask some old timer Corvette friends.
        Where are you located?

reggie, just found the head i need. i do need the coolant over flow tank, all the pulleys. idler #3829191, water pump #3850141, and the gen #3829193. i started three books. one to follow the rebuild, one for all the tech data, i bought the a.i.m. book and others. and a book for before and after. it is full of before pic's. as i restore the car i will take an after pic. also have an envelope that i put all the receipts in. i am in cutchogue, a town on long islands north fork. it is in southold township. would still like to see a pic of what your starting with.

Old and vintage original Corvette assembly line parts don't get older, they get more "Expensive"
