I have a chance to purchase a 1972 Corvette. The owner is pulling the motor for another usage. The rest of the car is there but rough having been hit in the right rear and front left. Looks like it was spun! 
Damage is mostly fiberglass. Frame is good.
I was wondering if the 72 has any one year only parts that might make this car worth purchasing? I know about the single year stuff on a 63 but really don't know much about the 72's. Car is a base model with an THM-400 and air conditioning. Not much else for options except maybe the luggage rack. Ran hard and put away wet! It does appear to have been in a shop and not outside.
Seats are shot. Dash and everything else is there, none stock tire and wheels.
Any opinions greatly appreciated.
