Need '85 engine wiring harness-auto with a/c
Searching for a good used/NOS engine wiring harness for '85 automatic with a/c. Any ideas?

What you're looking for is a GM #12029301. Unfortunately, it was discontinued without supercession in January, 1993. Thus, I think it would be very difficult to find an NOS example.
As far as used pieces go, I would only go that route if there was absolutely no other option. To me, the actual condition of a 35 year old used harness would be highly suspect. I would recommend contacting M&H Electrical Fabricators to see if they can supply a new, reproduction harness. They may not have such a harness in inventory but they might be able to custom manufacture one for you. If they cannot, you're in trouble because I don't know any other firm that could supply one.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -

There are several companies like this to choose from. I used them in the insurance business where rodents damaged out of production harnesses. Had good luck. about a 3-4 week turn around.

Thanks, that is my go to. They only sale calipers in pairs, they hod no cores, so I just bought a pair of used.Comment
