C3 Corvette: Rear Panel Lettering Fastener

Does anybody "by chance" have a picture or pictures of the fastener(s) that were used on the C3s to hold the individual Corvette letters onto the rear panel? AIM part number shows GM #9420202 of which I can't find any info on anywhere.
Here's a few pictures of that I have on a vette that we're working on. We don't believe that these are correct, but as in the past, I/we have be wrong. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Identifying the year would be helpful, since there were many variations 68-82. It looks to me like that is somewhere between a 68 and 73, and if that is the case, those are original.

They are a thread cutting acorn nut. Mostly used in older automotive applications. Looked at the catalogs of the suppliers that I used when I sold parts and they no longer carry them. Fastenal, Auveco, nor McMaster Carr list them in their catalogs

I've re-phosphate these before and reinstalled them to look like new.

              All,
              Thanks for your replies . . . . .

However, when I continued my "online" part number search, I happen to come across the attached GM reference showing that part number 9420202 "apparently" was a 1/8" - 7/16" phosphate coated hex pal nut . . . . very interesting "finding and observation."

Wondering if this could this be another part that GM didn't change the part number when the actual part changed? Since this isn't identified in the latest technical and judging manual, it would be interesting to see applications of both (model years with VINs) . . . .

That seems consistent with the replies from everyone above. I'm not understanding your reference to the actual part changing, but that is probably just me.

Either will work for most applications

                    Mike,
Back in the day and if the part changed without affecting the assembly of the part(s) in the plant, GM didn't change the part number
