C1 Gauge Cluster restoration

I am asking this question because there are no "recent" posts regarding recommendations for companies that do gauge cluster restorations. Asking for a friend that has a '61. Neither the tach or speedo work, other gauges are erratic. He wants to pull the cluster and send it off for repair / restoration. He is in central VA. Any recommendations or info on recent favorable experiences would be appreciated.

Ed, Also Karl Burl he worked for corvette specialties before they moved west, he is in Maryland. (410) 596-2429.

Do NOT use D&M restoration in Georgia Greenville SC.They did a horrible job on my tach and clock.They used cast iron paint on the cans instead of cadmium plating.The clock did not work and the tach had a clicking noise . I could go on . I sent them to Ricks Restoration 420 Foster Branch Rd Joppa Md 21085 800 6511270. They came back beautiful and work perfect.

Dan, I think Rick also worked for Corvette Specialties with Karl before they moved west.

Is Clocks by Rogers in Tennessee still in business. He did mine about 10 years ago. He did call me once he received the gauge cluster to inform me what need to be done

Look in the members list for Joe Ray, also I think he advertises in the Restorer
