What's the trick to removing the headlight motor electrical connector from fender apron?

Take a look at this video. (I rotated the factory nylon headlight gear wheel 180 degrees 6 years ago and fixed the gear stripping.) I don't remember an issue with disconnecting and removing the electrical connector. This video shows it done at 03:20. And the easiest and the best way--is to remove the headlight assembly by removing the hinge bolts at the top and rear of the headlight assembly. And lowering the headlight assembly into the headlight well of the inner wheel shield.Not as detailed in this video. I am just referencing this video to show how the connector is disconnected from the fender apron. Let me know if you have any other questions.
