    Road Tour Registration Computer Issue

If you are registering on-line for the 2020 Convention and for the Road Tour with it you may run into a glitch like I did. There is a pop up on the Road Tour page that keeps reminding and asking about tee shirts before you can save the screen. Unfortunately it appears to be in a never ending loop and will not let you proceed using the "NEXT" button even after you hit "SAVE". I bypassed it successfully by just going directly to the tab at the top for the next step in the registration process and it successfully proceed on and I was able to complete the registration.

    Jimmy,

Sorry you're having a problem. You should turn in a Help Desk ticket. Have tested and am unable to duplicate your problem.

What browser are you using? Did you try refreshing the page with Ctrl/F5 ?

Chrome browser works best with Interactive websites like NCRS on-line registration system.

        Jimmy,
I managed to get around it, too.
How many shirts do you think you'll end up with now?

Sure sounds like either your PC or your ISP is caching the same page.

To clear caching - depress Ctrl and F5 keys together. Might have to do this 3 or 4 times like some of the members who have Verizon have to do.
