    Kudos to BendPak

    I had a problem using my QuickJack today. Overlooking the fact that their contact phone numbers as printed on their manual have been changed; I had to email them for help. Within 30 minutes one of their techs called me, and, very patiently and expertly, she walked me through correcting MY problem in using it.

    While the QuickJack does have some limitations, for those of us who don't have room for a proper lift, they are a godsend, at least IMHO.

    Good to hear you received quality/timely customer support, Ed. I, too, love my QuickJack 5000. What was the "operator" error?
