    First Show

Here in New Smyrna Beach Florida every 2nd week of the month main st is closed off and we have a pretty cool car show. I have been attending a few of them but since I bought my 64 This was the first time I was ever in a show. A lot different when you have a car in it then just walking around looking. Met a lot of nice people who had very nice comments about my car. So just a few pictures of me and my 64...…………………………………………………. One more thing, were side exhaust available for the 64 model year? I see all sorts of years with them.

No, they were not offered by the factory until the 1965 model year.

There are far more Corvettes now with side exhaust than ever left the factory.

Not available from the factory until later in '65. You'll see all years of C2's with side exhaust, but it's been added by the owners.

Thanks folks, I kinda thought that when back in the day my friend had a 64 coupe with off road exhaust and went to the side exhaust sometime in 65.
        Thank You

Nice ride Roger. There was only one young person in your pics. Makes me wonder where the hobby is going.

Nah, plenty of young people there and even came up to admire the car. Just not showing when picture was taken. Where's the hobbie is going is just another topic.
