Dim low beam on '69

Hello All,
The low beam on the driver's side of my '69 is much dimmer than on the passenger side. Changing to another bulb does not help. I am thinking a weak ground(?). I want to confirm that the ground is the black wire screwed to the radiator support on the driver's side. Is this correct? Thanks for your help.

Yes, You are correct. I think it is a week ground as it will split voltage (series).

Thanks for the reply. Now all I have to do is figure out how to reach that screw. Probably need to do a body off to get at it.
