Elaine Raisner, Great Lady and devoted Corvette gal. Always looked forward to seeing her and Tim at Corvettes at Carlisle. Did such a great job with the NCRS Gallery. I was honored to have her invite me to be a part of it in '03. She was also responsible for having Danbury Mint do a replica of one of my cars. Forever great full. So sorry Tim.

I will never forget how kind Elaine was in the process of bringing a Corvette to Carlisle for the NCRS Gallery. Our condolences to her family, all of her NCRS friends, especially Dan and the Delaware Valley Chapter members, and the NCRS Gallery team. The NCRS is a better club and great organization from the efforts of Elaine and people like her!

....chatted with her a bunch at the Delaware Meets i attended in the early 2000s and many times at the Carlisle Gallery. She always had a smile and she could talk to anyone. RIP Elaine, NCRS lost another great one. Very sad.

                  Re: Elaine Raisner's Passing

I can report that Elaine's memorial service in Huntington Valley, PA on Wednesday was standing-room-only (I was one of those standing). Dozens of the attendees were NCRS members, and Lance Miller spoke for a short while about Elaine and the NCRS Gallery at Corvettes at Carlisle.

Elaine would have been pleased: many Corvettes were present even in the frigid weather, ranging all the way from solid-axles to C7s.

Ivelis and I will miss her immensely. As many have noted, it's been a brutal couple of years for the Delaware Valley Chapter.

                    Re: Elaine Raisner's Passing

I have known Elaine for many many years and there is no one that can replace her, she is always there for you no matter what! No one realizes how much work is done behind the scenes for all of the shows, she will be greatly missed by all especially Tim her husband who is just like her and willing to do anything to help you out. What a wonderful family. Every time I drive my 63 split window Coupe I will remember Elaine she was instrumental in finding this car for me, so I will never forget.
