    Spare tire Bolt ID

I have a spare tire carrier rear locking bolt that I am not sure what it goes to. It is 8 inches long and the shoulder portion is 4 inches. It has an AAC stamp on the bracket. The 67 judging manual states that a Redline tire bolt is 8 inches but doesn't state the shoulder Can anyone help to ID this?.

It looks like a GM #471903 to me. This is the bolt used for 78-82 Corvettes. That's the only one of the 4 different bolts used over the 1963-82 period which has a long threaded length like this bolt.
