Are all of the underside of the C2 hoods all the same color? if so, what color? if not what are the colors for all the C2's.

Low gloss to flat black with no crisp edges where it meets body color as it wasn't masked with tape- they used a shield.

Just to take it one step further, it was painted by 2 painters. One on each side of the car after the body color was applied. In fact if you look closely at a hood that was never messed with (LOL), you will notice that the paint fades towards the bottom portion as the painters were not concerned with covering every spot. Natural fiberglass could be seen coming thru the lower portion of the hood. Also, for those who care, the bottom outer surround of the hood is usually natural fiberglass. I believe this also holds true for 68 - 72's.

Anyone have a picture of the type of mask that may have been used at the hinge area?
Still need to redo my lower inner hood hinge paint and this area's coverage isn't clear to me.
