Size and numbering of Wittek type "B" solid Band Clamp and Type "C" slotted clamp

I have a few questions on solid and slotted band clamps... referred to as Type "B" and "D" in the 5th ed. guide. Does anyone...

    a) know the number of the type "B" solid band clamp that per the new judging guide was used up to mid production on 1959? They have numbers I've seen from 6 up to 12 and higher for air hose, but I'm having trouble determining the size range of each. I guess they should be approx 2 1/16" like the Tower clamp. I'm assuming these were Wittek, but maybe someone knows otherwise.

    b) know what the cutoff of "mid production" was for these clamps in 1959, when it then cut over to the SAE type "C" tower clamps?

    b) have a Wittek catalog and could write down the numbers sizes etc from the catalog for our reference?

    c) know if the slotted band clamp was Wittek and if so, numbering/size?

    d) have a reproduction source for these clamps if I can't find originals? So far, I can't find them on the usual sites.

below are the "D" clamps I'm referring to...

Re: Size and numbering of Wittek type "B" solid Band Clamp and Type "C" slotted clamp

Some interesting info I was able to glean by looking at AIMs. It appears the Corbin, split/slotted and solid band clamps are part numbers (respectively): 105479, 111619, 443634. The Tower clamp being 9411656. I have an "early" and a "late" 59 AIM as well as one for 57 where I can see where the split/slotted clamp and band clamp were "officially" wrote out. In the 57 AIM section 6, sheet 2 (dates 5/9/55) the clamps are pictured as split with three different part numbers noted above. In the early 59 AIM (dated 5/27/57) it is pictured as a tower clamp and a note indicates the tower replaces the old part numbers as of 4/22/59, which would indicate to me the Tower clamp would have been in use at least partially since May 57 to some degree (but I don't know much about 57/58 clamps). In the late AIM dated 5/26/59 the old part numbers disappear entirely. I know in the old yellow 4th edition 58-60 guide it stated that the Tower clamp appeared in December 1958, and I know I've heard before that parts tended to appear before the dates indicated in AIM design updates. It seems they would have been intended to be used at least as early as may 57 based on this AIM sheet though. Has anyone seen Wittek Tower clamps on 57 or 58 bowtie vettes that appeared original? Thoughts on any of the above?
