    Can '69 door locks be re-coded ?

I searched the archives to no avail.

Can '69 door locks be re-coded to match the steering column's ignition lock coding? In 1969, all three locks were coded the same and used the same key (square-head ignition).

    Thanks

Sure, if you have a good old school locksmith in your area not too hard to do. Otherwise, you can send them out to one of the guys that advertise in the Driveline. If you know the key code for the ignition, it's even easier to do.

I just had it done by a local locksmith. $10 and about 10 mins. is all it took.
