Index/Table of Contents for '66 AIM

I know that Ed Szeliga has created a Table of Contents for the '64 Assembly Instruction Manual. Has anyone created an index or Table of Contents for the '66 AIM? I'm always looking for something in the AIM and it takes forever to find it in the AIM.

Yesterday another NCRS member sent me a PDF of a '66 AIM index that he got from someone else. So, I've got the index, but I don't know the identity of the original author.

Is the '66 AIM you use made by "Graphic" or is it "Mid America"?
