Not sure what you are looking for, but there is information in the recently revised 58-60 judging manual. It's available from the NCRS store.

Dewitts Probably best to get entire one new. No one make the honeycomb one.

Thomas, At one time Dewitts sold a core for these cars. So give them a call and maybe they can tell you where to buy one. Let use know how you make out.

          Hi Tom,

If you are looking for a new core, I would contact Maine Auto Radiator in Lewiston, Maine, 800 341-0230. They manufacture their cores here in the USA. I don't believe Dewitts sells cores anymore. Several years ago I purchased a core for my 1959 from them and it arrived in a box from Maine Auto. I believe the part number was V235.

Brassworks (in California) does a lot of different and rare radiators and might have the core you need. They did a great job on my 54.

Also, I do think I have seen a lot of discussion in the past about Dewitts repro radiators in later C1s.

Thank you for the input. I found Cicioni Radiator Repair Works, www.cicioni.com 570-455-3697 located in Hazleton, Pa. that is able to obtain the proper core (brass and copper not aluminum) and install it in my radiator that has the correct part number and date code. It not cheap though! $750 plus tax but worth it.
