    2003 Backing up problem

For about eight months now while backing for any reason , turning the wheel to the left a little or a lot the front tires act and feel like they are not turning momentarily, then releasing until the back up turn is complete. It does not do it going forward, it does not do it turning to the right. I was told the differential could be low , I did need to add fluid however that did not correct the problem, yes one could also think the posi-traction was sticking. Winter is coming time to work on these problems. Thank You so much Fred PS to all you great people with advice on the parasitic draw, I am closing in on it Thank You
