1993 seat belt warning

My 1993 coupe is having issues with the seat belt warning system. The warning light comes on then off and no chimes when driving and the belt is not connected. I have run a full diagnostic with no codes, seat belt warning light checks OK, chime #1 chimes and is OK and Chime #2 chimes and is OK. The seat belt switch also checks OK when latched and unlatched.
Is there any type of seat sensor alerting the system that the drivers seat is occupied? Thank you for the help and any suggestions. John

Tom, Thank you for the response. Yes I have read the thread you attached and cleaned the ground. My problem is still that the seat belt light and chime won't come on when unbuckled. All the lights and chimes work as they should when running diagnostics. I am really stumped; any additional help would be appreciated. John
