There is a current post on the Corvette Forum relating to "Where did the St Louis NCRS VIN calculator go?". Post #10 in that thread states that "NCRS Corporate" told them to remove it - all without confirmation of any kind, of course. Seems like NOT a case of "Too Much Information" and a case of "More Information Needed". Anybody?

Re: Corvette Forum - NCRS St Louis Chapter "birthday" calculator
Loren,
Good to see you at Tahoe Regional.
Rob Musquetier the NCRS IT Guru wrote a birthday calculator app many moons ago. It was a free iPhone/iPad app. Apple decided in their infinite wisdom to raise the app developer cost, fees and policies to where it wasn't feasible for Rob to continue offering his free app.
Don't know if what they're referring to as the "St. Louis NCRS VIN calculator or not?

Re: Corvette Forum - NCRS St Louis Chapter "birthday" calculator
We were kindly asked to remove the Vin/Trim Tag Decoder from our website and host it elsewhere without the NCRS logo. While it has been a very valuable resource, it is not always totally accurate. Recently, a consignor showed up at an auction with a printout showing the NCRS logo and some of the data was incorrect.
The Decoder will be available soon, just not through our website nor with reference to the NCRS. Will post a link when available
