1981 Differential issues
Our 1981 BG built automatic car has what seems to be a common problem. The clutch pack on the left side slip out of the holder and the rear differential locked. It was suggested to me that the Dana 44 hd is the same clutch pack. Currenlty only Eaton makes one that is close. I can not find the specs on the HD. Has anyone ever swapped these clutch packs?
