After replacing every component in the braking system on my 1966 power brake car with new/rebuilt parts, I began the brake bleeding process (DOT 4). After bench bleeding and installing the master cylinder, I got some fluid flow out of the master into the lines using a hand vacuum pump, but I hit a point where nothing much would happen anymore on the rear and even less flow from the front circuit. After reading a huge number of posts here, I ordered a Motive brake bleeder with an 1122 adaptor to fit my PB master cylinder. After a visit to the hardware store for a smaller dia O-ring for the adapter, I used it in the "dry mode." it took ~10 min to get the front circuit bled and less than 10 min for the rears with a solid pedal. Wow!
