C1 seat belt dog bone spacer

Section A sheet 3.00 seat belt installation drawing dated 4-15-60 shows a spacer between the dog bone and transmission tunnel. Part number 44?353. My copy is very poor . Dose any one have the spacer. I have not found any one who has ever seen one . If so how thick is it.

    Dan,
I could be wrong & haven't looked at the drawing but I always thought that "dog bone" referred to the piece used to secure the seat belt to the attaching arm. The material wraps around and through it. After looking at a parts book I guess the part I was talking about is "hambone", sorry.
