New version of the 58-60 JG calls out the 1960 front 687 scoops as white rubber. Can I ask the source of that information? I ask because when I found my derelict in Sweden in 1995, BLACK scoops were attached to the front backing plates, as they are now.

An underwhelming response to be sure - let me put it another way: Would a picture of a Cunningham Corvette at the Trials day in April at Le Mans showing a BLACK scoop change your opinion? The WHITE scoop idea had to come from somewhere...... -
