1998 Anti lock brake traction control lights on

I have a 98 with 23k miles with the tc and antilock brake lights on. I know the control box is my problem but does anyone know of a fix for this, the rebuilders say they can't do a 97-2000 because of the coating on the box. I'm hoping someone has developed a fix for this I'm sure there are hundreds out there with the same problem.

You didn't include the code or why you believe it's the control box.
However, if you are confident it's bad I just go onto Ebay's site and purchase a used one.
