Status of 2003 NCRS Judging Manual

Can anyone give me an update on the status of the development of the 2003 Judging Manual? I assume its in "Beta" stages perhaps by now? Thank you.

The 2003-2004 Manual should be available after the 2020 National Convention in French Lick, IN. That's when judging for those years will commence.

To be clear, are you saying that 2003-2004 cars will be judged at the 2020 Convention? And then after that happens the JG will become available? That doesn't make sense to me.

oops, my bad. Left out the word after...... 03 & 04 will be judged after the convention....

Sorry for the confusion....
