1970 454 ac freon line

how far down on the wheel well inside and out have to be drilled or cut for a 454 ac car for the two freon lines to the dryer cannister.
This car originally had one piece Ecklers front end and I replaced it with original hand laid front end.

The website for classicautoair has ac installation manuals which included a template for drilling the holes. attached is a photo showing the templates.
