Just had my 63 judged at Woodinville WA on Saturday.
I hoped to thank everyone there, but I am sure I missed some.
Special thanks to Dan for sharing his home for this event.
Hard to believe all the time and effort the judges donated to this event and to Corvette Preservation in general.
Truly dedicated bunch....
I surely know my car much better now. (an understatement for sure)
My 63 made "Second Flight" exactly where the car should be.
Judges were there to educate and inform and did an outstanding job.
So many items need attention.
I will share one item that I completely missed. So obvious it becomes laughable in the end.
I purchased an aftermarket upper radiator hose for my 63 SHP.
It has the correct font, the correct part number and the required stripe.
Pictured below:

I completely missed the embossed "Made in Mexico" in the top of the hose.
So obvious;

You can bet the vendor left the description, of the embossing, off the catalog description.
I went through a pile of paperwork to identify the vendor but no joy.
The lower hose, which passed judging, was a Paragon part # 1733 Lower Radiator Hose-LOWER RADIATOR HOSE
I will likely order the replacement upper from them also.
And to everyone at the show; Thanks again for the experience.
I have wanted to do this for over 30 years.
Having my car judged at an NCRS event is officially off my bucket list. Top Flight Certification is now on the list!
I had a Great day.
Thank you!
Rick
