    65 Engine Compartment Black-out Paint

Would someone please recommend rattle can black paint I can use to touch-up my engine compartment. I tried to use Rustoleum semi-gloss and it wrinkled and did not adhere well when applied to my radiator support. The paint is asphalt based I believe and comes off slowly with lacquer thinner. It is also tough to wire brush or sand it off. Applying primer first did not help.

Mark, Try Sems products- satin black. most automotive paint stores sell this product. goes on great. be careful when respraying lacquer paint over enamal's that's what causes the paint to wrinkle.
