Hi,
I'm restoring my '60 back to its original Blue/Blue paint.
I am a bit confused as to just exactly what color of blue the interior on both the '59 and '60 were. For a long time I assumed it was similar to the '59 exterior Frost Blue (formula 2925L), just in the interior Duco line (formula 92808 - called Blue Metallic). This is a low-res picture of the '59 interior color sheet.

Since I cannot find any modern formulations for Duco 92808, I'm left interpreting what it might be from my own exposure to other cars, from various opinions expressed on the subject, reading prior threads (which frequently reference Frost Blue), and from internet searches that sometime describe 92808 as Frost Blue.
I do have a small portion of the the top of the steering column which has original blue paint on it, and compared to both Horizon Blue and Frost Blue, it looks way closer to Frost Blue (see picture, of which the stripe in the middle is a Frost Blue spray out). Since the steering column was painted black prior to interior paint, the color comes off a little darker as it didn't receive much coverage.

Appreciate hearing back from those that have had success in judging their 59/60 blue interior and found a matching or custom formula (PPG/Axalta-Dupont/?) that could help me get to something more precise that where I am now.
Cheers
Garry
