Image of a 1980 Brake Booster Label

Does anyone have a picture they could share of a 1980 Brake Booster label? I believe this was simply a 5/8" x 5/8" white paper label that almost immediately disintegrated once wet. Since I have had no luck searching for any remanufactured labels, I figured I would simply print one myself. I have all the manufacturer and Julian Date info. Just no label for judging.

I had a 1979 for judging. I purchased a yellowish,tan paper and went to a print shop. Came out perfect. Good luck Duane.
