    1960 Ignition Shielding

The revised 58-60 JG states that all ignition shielding parts are chrome-plated steel. Is that an accurate statement? It was my understanding that the top cover was polished stainless. I need to replace the driver side vertical piece. The repros are stainless.

    Re: 1960 Ignition Shielding

I found an ignition shielding article on the 58-60 CD-ROM and it confirmed that the vertical shield pieces were chromed steel.
