The standard is "as delivered to the owner" with no dealer or owner add ons. Don't totally agree with it but WTHDIK

Would Bob Farnsbie‘s or George Fendelhessy’s autograph be deducted for? Or does it have to be specific signatures?

            Good One Bob,
Anythings possible. However, that was the last time Zora attended Corvette Carlisle. He was signing, seated at a sun shaded table with an asssitant keeping him hydrated. Rather than sign something that wouldn't last, I had this sample spare glove box door. He asked me if the car was going to stay white and when I replied NO- Red, he flipped it over and signed the inside. Smart guy and thoughtful gesture. It seemed like only a few years ago. The others were easier.

I collected autographs years ago and have an 8 x 10 of the famous swimsuit photo she autographed for me. She was a very nice lady and it's one of my favorites.

Zoras autograph ought to be worth at least as many additional points as driving 500 miles.

Lets just say Chevrolet DOES call the new mid engine "The Zora" who's going to get royalties for using his name ?

On my brother in law's 2011 LS3 engine cover. (Autographed, signed signatures... Dave Hill and etc.)

My question: Why? Was this part of the "watch your engine build" option?

This was as delivered to the first owner.

Or be in trouble for using a copyrighted item?

My question about the LS3 signatures remains. Was it a part of the special engine build option? Year = 2011, as pictured above.

                          Tom,
In my case, being an Export car, it wasn't eligible for museum or plant delivery/inspection. Getting any notable autographs were out of the question.
At the Windsor National with a "spare cover" handy I asked Dave M to sign mine just after he signed something for Bill Nichols car and I got the 1st 2 Notable Autographs then. Zora was long gone and it took awhile to get the other 2. Had the car not been purportedly the 1st Cdn. retail deliveried 50th, I probably wouldn't have bothered or still have it. Now, Larry Murphy got his "on the job". Foresight and Timing!
