Who makes the most correct exhaust system (pipes and muffler) for a 1963 coupe 340 HP, April build date?

Tim there's a thread below, really nothing thats really correct, I used a corvette central exhaust for my 63 its best your going to get, they also make a carbon steel system if you want to go that way. I don't like the rust myself, so I went with the aluminized system with the pipe welded at the muffler inlet. and price is about the best also sometimes you can get free shipping if your on the email list.

The ‘63 has the weird fitting front pipe fitting overt the rear pipe. Kind’a backwards for flow. The GM engineers should have known better. But on their behalf they did later rectify the design.

Yes, the 63 was unique in this design error.

Do the repro '63 exhaust systems that are sold keep that design feature?

I would have loved to hear the GM engineers discuss why that design was chosen.

Yes the Corvette Central system has the 63 design feature.

Allens Exhaust have the correct connection, are magnetic stainless and score well.
