I don't believe there are any stickers, etc on a 1957 engine or in the engine compartment.

Late 57 paint warning sticker (engine comp) generator tag (engine)

Paint warning sticker only applied to Acrylic Lacquer such as Inca Silver cars IIRC. Radiator antifreeze tag only applied if antifreeze was added to the car at St. Louis, which was typically only during the winter months. Generator tag was always present.
