    Elliot - if you call Dave Graham Auto Literature they will sell you the paper version of their manual. They prefer to sell through distributors but they will sell to the public at retail prices. They ship out fast and charge reasonable postage. Buying direct will ensure you get their version.

      Also, original copies do come up for sale, now and again. It is a "first generation", without all of the revisions, so I do keep one of the others around for those. If you find one, be aware that it might not be 100% complete in that regard.
