67 350hp ground strap Tech manual pg 121

Is a 350 HP 67 supposed to have the ground strap between accelerator lever and intake manifold as per page 121
bottom of page with U69 or since that is under BIG BLOCK at top of page is that a BB item and NOT on SB

Bob,
I'm going to apologize in advance for the quality of the pics but they were the best I had. The one end of the ground strap is attached to the accelerator linkage with a star washer between the strap and linkage. The other end is installed underneath the ignition wire loop holder, between the loom holder and intake manifold. There are no pictures in the 7th edition of the 1967 TIM&JG.

THANK YOU, I finally got a flashlight down in the correct area and sure enough on the throttle arm there was the stub of the original ground strap still attached The TM&JG was a bit fuzzy with it being under big block with no good photos
I appreciate your input
