Re: Rounding up or down of a 0.5 deduct

    Hi Gene,
I'm a judge and an owner. As a car owner, I like to understand how the NCRS Judging process works when having my car judged. As a judge, I like to be able to justify deductions to car owners. Car owners also appreciate this. When a car owner asks why you took a given deduction, you should be able to justify your answer to them Solid judges, using correct judging methods, don't give NCRS a bad name. Owners appreciate it. Telling a car owner: "Quit pissing around about a point or two and get a life," without being able to justify your deductions - does give the organization a bad name.
