    1954 engine oil

    Just wondering what others are running in their six cylinders. I'm running Rotella T4, 15 W40. Have 600 miles on it. Good choice??? Thanks again.

          You don't HAVE to use Rotella despite the internet obsession with this brand. ANY oil with the API "donut" that has a primary service category of CK-4 or CJ-4 is best. I usually buy Walmart's SuperTech house brand because it is less expensive than the national brands. The 15W-40 viscosity range is okay for consistent colds starts down to about 15-20F.
