    carburetor rebuild parts help

I'm rebuilding a List 2818-1 holley. I've ordered a Holley kit, yes blue gaskets but its a service replacement anyway.

I need to replace the vacuum secondary diaphragm. The one I removed has the number 330 stamped in the shaft. All the current Holley diaphragms have part numbers that start with 135-X. I've Googled trying to find a cross reference. I even call Holley and the tech didn't have a listing for a diaphragm for the 2818-1.

I noticed that the one of the differences in most of the diaphragms is the shaft length. I asked the tech how to measure the one I have, is it total shaft length or to the center of the hole from where the diaphragm mount? He wasn't sure, he thought to the center of the hole.

I measured the one I removed and I get 2.03" to the center of the hole.

The Holley ones I found are (135-2 - 2.047"), (135-3 - 1.97"), (135-4 - 2.054"). There are a couple others listed on the Holley website but no length given for them.

If I just Google Holley list 2818-1 vacuum secondary diaphragm I get 135-2 and 135-4. If I google Holley vacuum secondary diaphragm 330 I get the same results.

    Anyone know what I need?

    Thanks,
    Don Harris
