    Screw type & size

For the two screws that hold down the points to the breaker plate. I've been experiencing start-up issues and think I have it narrowed down to the SE breakerless ignition module. Going to put some stock points and condenser in today, but can't find the original hold down screws for the points (it's been five years). Thanks.

I believe they are actually Fillister Head screws, not round head. Fillister head screws have a standard slot but have a raised head with a slightly curved head.

          That's the type I have in my 67 327-350hp, 8-32 x 5/16 long.

You may find an hex socket head screw easier to work with using a magnetic Allen wrench to get the screws started. Also easier so the original screws require the screwdriver to be used at an angle where as the Allen wrench is straight one. A ball head Allen wrench is even better.
