Can anyone recommend a good place to buy that wiper vacuum switch. I hear that these things go all the time

Send it to Bob Demmel, he can rebuild them. Long term fix.

Some of the repo's, not all, have a groove between the ports on the inside bore. The molded rubber spool inside won't seal because of the groove. If it is one without the groove, then it can be fixed, rebuilt with a new spool and O-Rings, for a long term fix. Call Bob, he might have some that are good. 214-693-3959

There is a user who goes by Dave J on the Corvette Forum. He is the one who makes the valves that actually work, as opposed to the import ones that work <10% of the time.

You might also contact Dave and see if he can help you with a replacement.

Patrick, I have used those a few times, they do work and are well made. I have found they require a very exact adjustment, a little to far one way or another, they don't work. Still like the originals when rebuilt. They work good also.
