64-67 and 68-74 Shifter Rod Clevis Identification

Attached are 2 photos of a 3841496 1-2 shifter rod clevis on the left and another unidentified clevis why I believe might be GM # 3888266 or possibly GM # 3921633 used on 68-74 Corvettes w/4-speed M.T.

I know for sure that the one on the left is GM # 3841496 as there is a shop drawing of it in Noland Adam's 63-67 Vol. 2 restoration book. My question is what part number is the clevis on the right. The 1964 and 1965 AIM's list GM # 3841496 but my 1966 and 1967 AIM's (UPC M20, Sheet A2) do NOT list a GM part number for the clevis even though it is in the drawing. My 1966 AIM lists GM # 3888266 for the 3-speed M.T. (UPC 7, Sheet B2). The clevis on the right measures 2.25" in length while the 3841496 clevis on the left measures 1.80" in length.

I can tell you this much: the GM #3888266 was discontinued in 1977 and replaced by the GM #3841496. So, presumably, both would be about the same length.

The 1968-74 clevis was 2-1/4" in length and, with one minor exception, is configured like the clevis on the right. The exception is that the the examples I've seen and known to be 68-74 clevis do not have the annular groove. Of course, that could be a feature changed over the life of the clevis.

One other interesting thing is that the 3921633 was discontinued in June, 1975 and replaced by the GM #348032. However, the 348032 was a swivel, not a clevis.
