Can anyone tell me where this capacitor comes from?

Guys,

Can someone tell me where this capacitor is used? It came from my 69 non-AC coupe but I just don't know where it goes. There are so many capacitors all over this car it's crazy. Thanks for any help you can give.

The short leads and lack of mounting bracket lead me think it's the one for the turn signal flasher.

Defenately from the turn signal flasher. There is a brown paper that goes over the turn signal flasher before this capacitor goes into the connector leads. Then the turn signal flasher prongs go into the connector and hold it all together.

Turn signal flasher or hazard warning flasher??
