Greg, I was present when the So Cal Chapter judged Concourse for the first time, Oct 2018. I looked at the judging sheets, which were well written, but there is no Judging manual for this class, as you can imagine, too many non Flight judging items installed. At the 2018 Florida Regional, there was a 6-71 GMC blower scoop exiting the hood of a 1961/62 Corvette. What bitchen it sound it made. As far as Sportsman, no judging, but you receive a ribbon for bringing your car. Hope this helps.
