I have new trailing arms rebuilt by Bair's, all new cables. I have tried bedding the shoes a number of times, just pulled the wheels to adjust and found they needed very little star wheel turns (around 1) to lock wheel. This is a late build June 66 car so although I haven't confirmed it has the updated lever mod I don't know why it wouldn't. Also the adjuster nut is mostly at it's end and from always pulling the e brake to the end of it's travel, the rod is bent from the load. Not sure what that's about.
