This is going to be a great event. The convention center is attached to the Hyatt Hotel with easy parking for trailers. there are over 1000 rooms available within 2 miles of the convention center. Restaurants are easy to find with all types of food from gourmet to casual. In addition to the judging meet we will have a swap meet with 550 swap spaces available. Spaces are 10 x15 and priced at $65 each with security provided at night. On Saturday we will have a Show and Shine for all makes of cars with goodie bags for the first 100 cars. Top twenty cars will be given an award judged by the other entrants. In addition to the cars inside we have 4 one of a kind display cars. We have the REAL DEAL 56 Sebring race car along with 2 custom built see thru corvettes and an award winning 57 Gasser that is like no other. Admission is $10 with children under 10 free. Here's some tips for use of the web site for making you Hyatt room reservation at $140 plus a few taxes. A link to this hotel will be in your NCRS confirmation email.
1. Look over the room choices - some are available at rates above $140. (Do this before you enter the "event code" to see retail prices.)
2. Be sure to enter the event code under the "Corporate" category. It's near the bottom of a list of code types, which is a "pull down" list... Without the code of G-CC19 the web site will quote $144 and higher (depending on your room choice). To see that you have entered the code...Watch for the code to appear with the words "Corvette Conv" in a grey area at the top of the screen.
NOTE: The code is G-CC19 (Typing only CC19 didn't work for me).
3. With the code entered, I was quoted the $140 rate for two types of KING bed rooms. (I also got a call from Stephanie who wanted to make sure I was happy with the process.). Thanks Tom J. for your assist. See you there!

I'm not sure that they have rooms with two Queen beds except for some Accessible rooms.
When 2 attendees split a room it sure would be nice that one doesn't have to use a pullout sofa, and the room instead had two real beds.

Yes, an "Accessible" room, i.e. for handicapped people.
I hate to take those if not needed.
