69 Rally wheel center cap restoration recommendation

Guys,

I had my original 69 rally wheel center caps polished a few years back and it of course took all of the original black paint off. Does anyone know someone who restores these or do you have recommendations on how to do it? Thanks.

Tape, SEM Trim Black and a bit of lacquer thinner. It's not really any different than the shifter console trim piece.
