What style clip is this?

Trying to finish out the detailing of my engine compartment on my 69 coupe non-AC 4spd car. In the AIM on page UPC 12 A14 (#273 on my version) there are clips listed that are used to hold the generator and lamp harness are listed as part # 3901794 L.H. and # 3943600 R.H. I have searched and found a cross reference for the first part number and it is the standard plasti-dipped harness clip but I can't find anything on the other part number. What's more I don't understand why the AIM lists a specific part for each side when the # 3901794 part listed for the L.H. side has no directionality to it and could easily be used for the right hand side. Perhaps the R.H. side, since it would carry fewer wires, is smaller? Can anyone help shed some light on this? Also, what is the purpose of the clip seen on the Doc rebuild site in the pic I attached? Thanks for any assistance you can give.
